| The position of actuators in the structure is an important part of active vibration control,which can affect the efficiency and the cost of control. If the position of actuators are chosen arbitrarily, the system will have a poor property and the range of the application of the actuators will be limited. Thus, it is of great meaning to study the optimal position of actuators in the active vibration.This paper used EER( Energy Efficiency Ratio) as the optimization rule under which an improved GA(Genetic Algorithm) was used to seek the optimal positions of actuators in the active vibration control. The GARTEUR plane model was used as the research object for method validation. Besides, the HHC active vibration control simulation was done on the platform of Lab VIEW, which proved the correctness of the optimal position of actuators. Finally, the paper did an active vibration control experiment on the model using mic-vibration speakers on the platform of CRIO,which validated the correctness of active vibration control simulation and the optimal positions of actuator.The result shows:(1) The actuators could control the vibration more effectively if they were in the optimal position: the actuators could make the vibration converge more quickly which a less stable final value and get most EER if they were in the optimal position;(2) The variation of frequency and amplitude as well as phase could change the optimal position of actuators;(3) The mic-vibration speakers has a good property within some frequency range and could be a kind of actuator used in the active vibration control with less volume,less mass and less cost. |
