Owing to the earth energy tension and suddenly deterioration of air quality, the exploraing and popularization of the subsituted fuels have drawed concern of elites.This essay was depended on a four-cylinder diesel engine. The different loads(25%?50%?75%) for 1400r/min trials of B80E20?B90E10?B1000 and D100 were made.The essay discussed the impact of combustion, emission and economy.Then the trials of EGR(0?10%?20%?30%)?speed(1400r/min?1600r/min?1800r/min?2000r/min)?supercharge(0.1MPa?0.12MPa?0.14MPa?0.16MPa)?injection timing(-24°CA?-18°CA?-12°CA?-6°CA)?injection angle(130°?140°?150°?160°)and injection pressure(20MPa?30MPa?40MPa?50MPa)about combustion and emission were discussedd by CONVERGEThe experiment revealed that the good biodiesel/ethanol blends had longer fuel-air mixing time and lower equivratio. The richer oxygen was useful for the reduction of emissions especially on the high load. In contrast to diesel, blended fuels had finer representation under the load of 0.475 MPa BMEP for B80E20, the effective efficiency was 33%, HC was 0.8 g/kWh, CO was 2 g/kWh, NOx was 2.59 g/kWh, and Soot was 0.4BSU.The simulation revealed that when the EGR rose, pressure and temperature diminished with delayed ignition timing.The HC added but the CO?NOx and Soot diminished. The engine speed which had not much impact on the combustion, NOx, Soot and HC emissions were added lightly.Using supercharge can increase pressure and temperature and advance ignition timing with diminished NOx, CO and HC and added Soot. With the injection timing advanced, the pressure rose, ignition timing advanced, HC?CO?Soot reduced and NOx added.When the injection angle expanded,the temperature rose and the Soot?HC?CO?NOx downed.When injection pressure added,the pressure added and ignition timing advanced, while Soot?CO?HC downed and NOx rose.
