The medium for the engine nozzle is a high temperature and high pressure gas which contains some particles. When the gas flow through the nozzle, it can be damaged because of the unevenly heating on the surface of the nozzle wall. Moreover, when the burnt gas flowing into the atmosphere, it will continue to carry out chemical reactions and bring about a great influence on the flow field. So it is necessary to analyze about gas particle flow.In this paper, different kinds of flow field is studies using the numerical simulation and experimental method. The main content of this paper can be listed as follows:(1) The gas-phase flow field is simulated and analyzed. We got the distribution rule of the pressure, temperature and velocity. Based on the results, the nozzle thermal protection are calculated. The results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The result shows that rationality of the heat-insulating layer design.(2) Gas components inside the nozzle is analyzed. Jet flow field of the nozzle is simulated. Gas components change rule is also analyzed.(3)Gas-solid two-phase flow of the nozzle is analyzed. Study the change rule of the flow field under the condition of different volume fraction, particle size and turbulence intensity. Ablation of the nozzle is simulated. Analyzing the influence of the two-phase flow and the experimental results.
