Automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast(ADS-B) has been widely developed, as air traffic control(ATC) is benefited from which excellent characteristics, such as low cost and simple hardware facilities. Currently, ADS-B system is developed to be the infrastructure of the next generation aviation transportation system by the ICAO, the air transport developed countries in Europe and America, Australia, Hong Kong FIR and some Southeast Asian countries. China is also pressing ahead with ADS-B technology. Aircraft is under ADS-B surveillance because of it independently reporting its position information. There is a precondition that the position information must be completely trusted, and ADS-B must be effectively applied. Therefore, the system being a surveillance means has a certain degree of vulnerability. In order to determining the authenticity of the aircraft position reports, carrying out the research on the anti-deception techniques of ADS-B ground stations is of great significance, as well as providing the basis for the surveillance system replacement.Firstly, the ADS-B architecture and its response message structure are analyzed in this paper. Then, we discuss the application risk on the ADS-B, especially its message could being deceived. Secondly, according to its information could be deceived, we aim at object positioning method, and propose a information processing program which is a quite effective anti-cheat ground station system, then researching the ground station equipment configuration issues of the anti-cheat system, and point out that monopulse signal DOA estimation is the core technology of the system. Finally, towards the object positioning algorithm of ADS-B which is based on the monopulse technology, the positioning capability and data processing capability of this algorithm should be simulated and evaluated by using the corresponding simulation data sources.In addition, a thorough research is made considering the monopulse angle measurement technology of linear array. In this research, two methods should be considered. One is sum difference amplitude comparison algorithm, and the other one is sum difference phase comparison algorithm. The measurement algorithm based on Taylor/Bayliss window weighted is an example for the former method, and the algorithm based on semi-array is for the latter one to analysis the methods proposed before. The premise of obtaining a approximatily DOA is needed in both two methods, which could be got by using historic track information. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the two methods could achieve DOA estimation perfectly, but the former would be used more widely.
