With the development of civil aviation industry, airports usually extend infrastructure to increase the operation efficiency. But through the operation practice, airspace is the bottleneck that restrict the development of domestic airports. The size of infrastructure construction often outstrips the needed level, that causes a lot of investment wastes. The paper is aimed at the research of needed ground support resource allocation level and the flight support capacity with current resource allocation. Mathematical intelligence algorithm is the most commomly used method to research the airport related resouce scheduling. But mathematic methods have many assumptions and few advantages in solving the stochastic problems compared with simulation methods. In order to simulate the resource sheduling during the flights transition,we take the gates, vehicles, and drivers' authority into consideration. This paper firstly designed the whole framework of airport airside model, and analysed the various Agents architecture and function that needed in this model. After that,AUML(Agent Unified Modeling Language) was used to design the interactive behavior of each Agents. In order to achieve the resources sheduling function in this system, rules and methods of gates scheduling are summarised and mathematical described. Drivers' authority was considered in vehicles scheduling. We designed the scheduling rules combined with the operation relationship between drivers and vehicles, then we designed a two stage algorithm to achieve the coordinate scheduling.Anylogic was used to detailed develop the model, and rationality of the scheduling rules and simulation model was verified through experiment. According to the simulation system,we analysed the Tianjin airport airside transition service level through two aspects:firstly, verified the maximum constraint of service capability with current resource: allocations;secondly, we got the minimum required resource allocation with the flights operation lever in the future.Experiment proves that, research method that combines mathematic optimization method and Agent based simulation technology, not only can get better effect of resource scheduling but also can guarantee the anti interference ability of resource scheduling method. Simulationsystem combines mathematic method and Agent based simulation technology, has some significance to the study of airport airside transition service level.
