The peripheral pedestrian intrusion sometimes occurs in the airport fencing,which is a potential threat to the airport security. Currently, the real-time monitoring in the surveillance systems of the airport fencing is generally operated by manual. The pedestrian perimeter invasion and moving pedestrians cannot be detected and stopped automatically,which proves the systems now are insufficient. This article researched the topics of moving target detection, tracking and collaborative relay tracking between the fixed PTZ cameras and car camera.To ensure real-time of the algorithm and the integrity of the area in moving target detection technology, Article uses background subtraction and mixture Gaussian modeling was presented, and background difference method was used to extract the outline of moving target, and color histogram of the moving target was put as the target template model. On the basis of the formulated model,Mean-shift cannot solve interference of the area of occlusion and background,re-tracing problem after the failure of matching.onsidering the increased accumulation of errors resulting in tracking failures, the relevant regional hierarchical matching search algorithm was presented to improve the accuracy of matching re-search and real-time performance.In order to solve the coordination relay-tracking with car-camera, we proposed a relay-tracking strategy based on target position information. Firstly, calibrate the camera and calculate the parameter matrix of fixed PTZ camera. Secondly, analyze the coordinate transformation between image frame, camera frame and world frame,and then the location information of the target was obtained. Finally, the airport fencing monitoring environment was simulated, the monitoring area was built, and then the region was planned primarily based on the location information. In this way,a collaborative relay tracking method was proposed according to the dynamic planning of the target and position information of car camera.
