The civil aviation transport industry is becoming more and more important in the national economy. The operation of flight quality and level of safety directly affects the development of the industry and the development of the local economy. Snow and ice is the main weather that has much influence on the flight, which makes the cancellation, delay,change of land of the flights and makes the sign of accident appear. The airport has a great amount of demand of the de-icing for the field road. The De-icing spraying vehicle of field road appears in this background. In order to get ideal effect of de-icing, there has to be a certain speed of the vehicle and a certain density of spraying. At the same time, the change of vehicle's speed results in the change of the density of spraying. With the same spraying amount: If vehicle's speed gets higher, density of spraying gets low and ideal de-icing effect can not be achieved; If vehicle's speed gets lower, density of spraying gets high and makes the wasting of de-icing agents and pollutes the environment. This paper designs a kind of controlling system for the spraying amount of de-icing agents. Sensors collect real-time signal like vehicle's speed?motor's speed?level of tank and flow of pipe. The PLC analysis and deals with the data from the sensors and exports result of controlling with the self-adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm. Pump?valve and other component change the flow of spraying and the state of working with the control of signal from PLC. In the end, the purpose that the density of spraying keeps a certain value can be achieved by the feedback-adjusting of the amount of de-icing agents. At the same time, the real-time state of the vehicle and spraying can be watched and controlled.
