At present, China is rich in VAM resources, but the cost of its technology use is high. Direct emptying wastes resources and increases greenhouse effect. By combining microturbine technology, the VAM used for power generation is an important direction for its development. The core content is studying the effect on microturbine performance and the change of gas components by mixing Ultra-low-density gas with air. Based on this, by using Capstone C30 as the experiment platform, this article self-designes ultra-low-density of gas and air mixing system, and use experiment to verify that ultra-low-density gas can be applied to the microturbine.First of all, according to Capstone C30 filter size, we design the shape and size of the blending system. In order to strengthen air turbulence, we design blending system with turbolator. Two program models is designed in ANSYS Workbench, and meshed in the Mesh. By importing two programs to ANSYS CFX, simulating and comparing the flow field of system and methane distribution, we finally define the system withou turbolator as our blending system.Secondly, in Vista CCD, complete one-dimension geometric model design of centrifugal compressor impeller of the Capstone C30, improve the design of impeller model in the Blade Gen, import to Turbo Grid for meshing, and simulate the pressure field, velocity field, temperature field and the change of the mass fraction of methane after methane and air mixed into the compressor, find out the highest temperature area and the highest pressure area, analysis the change of the methane explosion limit on the temperature and pressure increasing at the same time,and basing this,analysis the methane explosion limit in the regenerator when the mixed gas flow through the regenerator.In the end, test bench basing on the original structures of Capstone C30 test bench,the natural gas is given priority to as fuel and blending of auxiliary fuel, analysis the influence of the micro turbine operation performance and changes of the flue gas composition when micro gas intake system mixed with 0.1%, 0.23%, 0.3%, 0.23% concentration of methane.Through mixed gas with low concentration methane in the intake system,and carry out the numerical analysis of the mixture in the mixing duct,analog the pressure distribution, temperature distribution, velocity distribution and the mass fraction of methane of mixed gas.This article lay a theoretical foundation for application of mine gas in gas turbine through experimental investigation analysis of the operation characteristics of the micro gas turbine and flue gas composition The experimental study on the operation characteristics and flue gas composition analysis.
