Automotive heat exchanger plays an important role in automobile. It directly affects the performance of the automobile power system, security system and the air conditioner system. Based on industry standards of QC/T 468-2010、QC/T 907-2013、QC/T 656-2000、QC/T 657-2000、QC/T 658-2009, automotive heat exchanger property test bed which can transfer heat and drop resistance pressure is developed. The main measure of property test bed is air side, including enthalpy potential met hod to determine heat transfer capability. The property test bed adds the sampling device in the air side in order to measure the temperature of inlet air. The property test bed rig air duct system uses air flow measuring nozzle flow meter to measure air flow. It not only ensures the precision and accuracy of measurement, but also improves the range of measurement. The property test adds a standard connector and platinum resistance temperature sensor joint sampling device in medium side in order to measure temperature and pressure, and reduce the influence of connection pipe for pressure measurement. By comparing with test data, it shows that experimental data is accurate, effective and reliable.
