| Under the conditions of sudden natural disasters and man-made disasters, the key to reduce the mortality rate is to get the emergency aid biochemical index in time. The traditional biochemical testing equipment has the characteristics of large volume, high working environment requirement, high power consumption and complex operation, which can’t meet the needs of quick detection of various biochemical indexes in the field. Therefore, Researching on the key technologies and developing the practical quick biochemical detector is a hot spot in the biochemical analyzer in recent years, which has important social significance and practical application value.Based on the disaster and emergency treatment of the wounded in the field, the paper presents a practical method of quick biochemical detect instrument based on micro spectrometer and ultraviolet light sensitive tube. The paper mainly presents the optimized scheme of instrument interface under the requirements of technical scheme of man-machine interface design, designs the system structure and human computer interaction flow of the instrument and completes the design of each module of the instrument of man-machine interface. In the laboratory of Chongqing xinqiao hospital, clinical trials are carried out to optimize the detection method and testing process, and the reproducibility test, accuracy test and clinical test of clinical with batch patient blood samples have been done to verify the feasibility, accuracy and reliability of the instrument used in clinic. The test results show that the performance of the instrument can basically meet the requirements of clinical quick biochemical detection.The main work done:(1) According to the utility rapid biochemical detect instrument system scheme which is based on MOEMS micro spectrometer and ultraviolet photosensitive tube, the paper analyzes the working principle of the system and the structure of the system, and puts forward the optimized scheme of human-computer interface system.(2) Combined with the characteristics of quick biochemical detector, author designs the man-machine interface system structure and human-computer interaction process which is satisfied with the wild environment and multi-parameter detect at the same time.(3) On the basis of the mobile human computer interaction design theory, cognitive psychology theory, combined with the interface usability testing method, this paper designs the settings interface, calibration interface, quality control interface, sample testing interface and system self-test interface of the practical quick biochemical detector.(4) In laboratory of Chongqing xinqiao hospital, the author completed the optimized design of instrument testing method and the testing process, carried out the repeated test, accuracy test and comparative clinical trials of seven biochemistry index with a large number of samples from the patient’s blood. The test results show that the parameters of coefficient of variation(CV) is less than 10% of the clinical requirements, target value bias degree are all less than 10%, and the correlation coefficient(R2) are all greater than 0.97. The detection performance of the instrument is basically meet the clinical requirements. |
