Vehicle is one of the most important ways of transport,pneumatic suspension System is one important system that is to determine the driving and handling stability in the process of moving vehicle,but hydro-pneumatic spring as a key element of the pneumatic suspension system,it is widely used in various type of vehicle.However,there is the blockade of key technology abroad and the ability of independent research and development of hydro-pneumatic spring is not enough,so the quality of the produced hydro-pneumatic spring compared with foreign production also has a relative large gap.So the systematic analysis of hydro-pneumatic spring to enhance Chinese capacity for independent research and development of hydro-pneumatic spring and improve the quality of hydro-pneumatic spring is of great significance.This article is based on the vehicle initial parameters of hydro-pneumatic spring for structural design and using ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software to check the strength of the key components.it makes the intensity of these key components meets the requirement.In accordance with the relevant knowledge of the mathematical model of hydro-pneumatic spring is established and using MATLAB software to build hydro-pneumatic spring stiffness,damping and output force of the simulation model and analysis the impact of parameter changes on them.Finally,established the single degree of freedom vibration model of hydro-pneumatic spring.By respectively changing to analyze the stiffness and damping parameters change for hydro-pneumatic spring displacement,velocity and acceleration.Summarized the related parameter changes for the characteristics of hydro-pneumatic.In this paper,the analysis of the results for the future design of hydro-pneumatic spring and provide certain reference value.
