Superplastic forming/Diffusion bonding(Referred to as SPF/DB)is as advanced manufacturing technology in fields of aeronautics and astronautics,which has been widely used in manufacture of large complex thin-walled structure.The development of advanced superplastic forming machine tool which meet the requirements of the technology has important significance for the research and production application of super plastic forming/Diffusion bonding.In the course of SPF, hydraulic pressure can not vary with pneumatic pressure in the traditional machine tool of SPF, instead we should put a large fixed pressure on die. In this way, it is easy to cause die deformation or cracking due to high-temperature creep.Concerning this issue,a hydraumatic-pneumatic control system was studied in this paper,and the changes of hydraulic pressure and pneumatic pressure is synchronous.Pneumatic supply system mainly consists of the host electrical system,the touch screen and PLC of control system,the pressure buffer,the gas proportional valve,the gas pressure transmitter,the line,the pneumatic solenoid valve,the vacuum pump which can make air pressure continuously adjustment according to the predetermined pressure-time curve.pneumatic control system use of the integration of machine tool touch screen,hydraulic and temperature control system form the full automatic shape control system.Hydraulic system has automatic pressure tracking compensation system which can make sure the equilibrium of the mould holding pressure and the anastomosis of the pressure curve according to the date of pressure sensing device detection.The article put forward systematic component scheme and control scheme based on the process characteristics of SPF/DB at first.The next it has the hardware selection and the design of the software. Finally,through the system debugging, the system can meet the expected target basically.
