As the HCSR shortly for harmonized common structure rule release and the date to go in force is approaching, the ship owner is also more concern about the price, major design institutions and research units are also actively respond to study its effect. On the whole the new rule pay more attention to safety requirements,so it becomes more stringent than in the past, the structure design requirements are higher, such as the inner bottom plate thickness becomes greater for grab the effects, and lower fatigue life calculation of oblique wave conditions, because the influence of every kind of conditions on the structure design is not fixed linear distribution, but a variety of interrelated, and also because the ship size and other different analysis conclusion is not commonly used, so the specific impact on the current design of the need to research examples and calculation analysis. In this thesis, through the new regulations more strictly than before, the impact on the structure design of concrete is needed fully validated. according to the designer’s experience and analysis of the existing CSR ships for instance, the designers should grasp the new specification of hull structure design, in order to shorten the design time in the design practice and improve the design quality, for the yield and buckling analysis is relatively common, this article mainly from the perspective of fatigue analysis, fully grasp the new specification, the influence of fatigue on design and specific measures.
