| For the current problems of high temperature even superhigh temperature accurate detection in military affairs, based on extensive research in a variety of common detection methods, a temperature detection method based on multi-spectral detection technology was proposed. In black-body radiation theory and Planck law based, the theoretical model of multi-spectral thermometry was analyzed and derived, multi-spectral high temperature measurement process was determined. According to spectral properties of measured target, selected Savizky-Golay filtering method to smoothing the spectral pattern used principal component regression to inverse the temperature. To ensure the temperature measurement accuracy, conducted the experiment of high temperature blackbody calibration, corrected curve was gotten, and measurement error was controlled in less than 2%. Used nod temperature instrument to compare the test result of a certain type of ammunition combustion temperature experiments, and the two results displayed a good consistency. |
