It becomes very important to pay attention to the utilization efficiency of various types of urban green space and exploration of potential value.Urban High-tension Line Corridor green space, is one kind of protective greenbelts,of which space design and space use become a blind spot in urban green land construction.The negative psychological attitude to the urban high-tension line corridor makes it in passive positon and simple function. With the rapid development of city, high-tension Line Corridor, as major facility for power supply safety, can be seen everywhere.Because of lack of landscape art space, high-tension line corridor does not fit with urban environment and conflict with other land use. The lagging development of high-tension line corridor makes it have a great potentiality in development, safety protection and visual effect,therefore it becomes important resource for increasing urban green space, developing green space system and creating characteristics public space.This paper bases on the design and construction of high-tension line corridor. In the first chapter, the paper discusses the background and meaning of the design for urban high-tension line corridor green space, summarizes the research methods and innovations,and brings out the necessity of usage of high-tension line corridor under the development of society. In the second chapter, the paper elaborates the concept of urban high-tension line corridor green space and discusses deeply successful cases from the related literatures all over the world.In the third chapter, the paper introduces the space environment characters and main functions of urban high-tension line corridor.
