The traditional switching power supply is customized and centralized, its power is set according to the demand of the load, and its applicability is limited. This thesis presents a new type of intelligent power system based on power supply to improve the versatility, reliability, intelligence, it is composed of multiple distributed parallel of power modules, which can supply power for the load according to the demand of the load.System uses buck/boost synchronous rectifier bi-directional DC-DC converter as the main circuit of the system, and build a flow measuring circuit and a voltage stabilizing circuit for the circuit, to monitor the output current of the power module, and to ensure that output voltage constant. Each power supply module will be connected to the system through the CAN protocol(controller area network bus protocol), so that the power module can send and receive information in real time. In this thesis, the STM32 microcontroller is used and the flow equalization algorithm is designed to ensure that the power supply of each module is equal to the current supplied by the load. At the same time,this thesis set efficiency optimization strategy for the system, in order to make the system to choose the quantity of power modules to participate in the work according to the power demand of the load, and ensure that the power module has a high power supply efficiency.In this thesis, a smart power system composed of 4 DC-DC modules is designed.The current average flow control and the efficiency optimization control are successfully achieved. The feasibility of the intelligent power system is verified by experiments.The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the intelligent power system can solve the problem of cooperative work in distributed module power supply in parallel.Compared with traditional switching power supply, intelligent power system has better redundancy, fault tolerance, maintainability, intelligence and high efficiency. It will be one of the development directions of future power supply.
