| The developing of civil aircraft maintenance review board report(MRBR) is based on the aircraft utilization parameters. The utilization of different will directly affect the maintenance interval. Generally, the normal utilization MRBR are suitable for both the normal utilization aircraft and the high utilization aircraft, except for the low utilization aircraft. Therefore, a low utilization MRBR need be formulated for low utilization aircraft separately. At present,there are few papers on low utilization MRBR at home and abroad as well as the related data.Although, domestic scholars have made some researches on the development of the structure maintenance program, few people considered the impact of the aircraft utilization, making it difficult to be applied to the development of low utilization structure maintenance program.The concept of aircraft utilization is introduced in this paper, and the normal utilization ranges specified in MRBR and PPH of the mainstream aircrafts and the special requirements of low utilization aircraft from related engineering documents and regulations are summarized as well as the three types of low utilization aircraft according to the characteristics of aircraft operation. The impacts of aircraft utilization on the three damages are defined through the analysis of the factors of environment damage, accidental damage and fatigue damage. Then,a matching model of structure maintenance interval and aircraft utilization is built. Using the K- Means cluster analysis method、analytic hierarchy process(AHP)- entropy value method and Damage grade- maintenance interval regression equation to make a overall evaluation on the influence factors weight, reach a structure damage level, come to a structure maintenance intervals, and solve the problem of utilization to match the structure maintenance interval. The validity of the model is also verified by a typical case analysis. At the end, a maintenance interval optimization method is proposed, supporting the airlines to improve the operational economy of civil aircraft.The matching model of civil aircraft structure maintenance intervals and utilization proposed in this paper can implement the functions of data collection, data processing, factor weighting and overall evaluation, providing solutions for the structure maintenance intervals and utilization match of the domestic civil aircraft and offering theoretic method reference for the development of low utilization MRBR as well. |
