Airborne aircraft power system is to ensure electric energy of all sorts of electric equipment, its quality of electric energy is directly related to the safety of the aircraft in flight. Especially, aircraft with more power, represented by B787, has cancelled the part of pneumatic and hydraulic system, which made airborne electrical equipment and power consumption increased greatly. So the international standards organization launched ISO1540-2006 standards in 2006 to regulate the requirements of airborne power. At present, airborne power cannot be tested and evaluated according to ISO1540-2006 in domestic.The international standards and national military standards of airborne power were studied and compared in detail. The index requirements and specific testing methods of the steady and transient characteristics of airborne ac and dc powers were proposed. And then, hardware testing system was designed. The mathematical methods used in the steady state measurement included fast Fourier transform, FFT and configuration parameters of the curve fitting least square method, etc. The mathematical model for measuring the parameters of the steady state was established by using these mathematical methods.Moreover, the transient response data handling method was studied and the transient response measuring mathematical model is established. Finally, based on the software design of Lab VIEW, the software testing system is developed. The signal was analyzed and processed by using the software, and the results was saved and displayed on the front panel.The steady and transient-state testing system of Airborne ac power can be used to test that the constant frequency airborne ac power was qualified or not under normal working state.Airborne dc power steady-state transient testing system can test A-class dc power supply is qualified or not. They have great practical value.
