Aero-engine is the plane's power plant, it has complicated structures, bad work environment and high rolling rate, the vibration problems are extremely important during the operation. According to the related data recorded, more than 70% or even 80% of the engine failures are caused by the vibration. So, it's necessary to examine and get rid of them timely.According to the aircraft vibration situation, this paper conducts a study to develop a software system monitoring the aero-engine vibration parameters.Firstly, the current researches on the subject at home and abroad are found after viewing a large number of documents. A summary is made from the aviation engine vibration measurement technology, vibration monitoring and diagnostic technology, computer network technology to the engine fleet management, the research goal is given out.Then, a study about the critical technologies is carried out, involving the B/S structure,RIA technology, Java technology, Flex framework, LCDS data services, MySQL database and the engine fleet management. An analysis of the advantages is executed.Finally, The realization process is implemented from system platform building, user needs analysis, system design and coding, and operating results show four aspects. At the end,the software development of the core part of the vibration system is completed.A system for monitoring the aero-engine vibration parameters is developed by using the computer, Flex, Java and other development software, by writing the vibration data acquisition and processing procedures, by using the sensors, signal conditioners, data acquisition cards and other basic hardware, to monitor the same type different aircraft or different types different aircraft at the same time, to have ground testing, remote monitoring,to analyze the problems of one or multiple engines in the manufacture, assembly, maintenance and operation. Without fault diagnosis expert to the scene, you can complete the long range detection and diagnosis.
