| In response to the call of the national energy conservation and emissions reduction,in2011,the CAA(civil aviation administration)requires airports in the stage of the pre-flight,post-flight and stops, promote the use of bridge equipment replacement of the APU gradually.Found in the process of popularization, problems are mainly concentrated on the human thermal comfort and energy saving etc two aspects.Above the root of the problem is unable to correctly assess the consumption demand of the aircraft cabin,so as to cause the control of the air conditioning blindness,and ultimately fail to satisfy both meet the purpose of the cabin thermal comfort,also cannot achieve the energy saving.In view of the above problem,a model of energy consumption for the aircraft cabin is established and analyzed,on this basis,the control of air-conditioning energy saving measures are put forward.The various factors that affect energy consumption model of the aircraft cabin are analyzed by the method of heat balance,and the aircraft cabin thermal system has been constructed;the unsteady heat transfer method is used to modeling of various modules,including the cabin outdoor meteorological parameters model,the cabin envelope thermal equilibrium model,the cabin air heat balance model etc three models.In the outer wall of the cabin heat balance model aspect,the ASHRAE solar radiation model,convection heat transfer model and BLAST design on day temperature model are used as reference.Through the calculation of the heat balance equation,the changes of the wall temperature of the inside and outer and the cabin energy consumption ware accurate obtained.In order to reduce the computational complexity of the model,the unsteady heat transfer reaction coefficient method and the integrated temperature model are introduced into the cabin model of energy consumption.By reasonable selection of reaction coefficient and heat flux are determined,heat transfer of the cabin wall and inner wall surface also are calculated.On the basis of cabin energy consumption model,the influence of relative humidity,air velocity,temperature,solar radiation etc that impact on energy consumption are analyzed,the human comfort are evaluated by using PMV index.The results provide a reference for the energy saving of the cabin. |
