| Reinforced concrete structure is the most common form in civil engineering. In the coastal environment, the chloride ion and other erosion ions will gradually infiltrate the concrete structure and cause stress of reinforcement corrosion after reaching the critical value.Eventually, it will have negative effects on structure performance, and severely reduce the service reliability and service life of the structure. The main research results are shown below:1. Probability analysis of coast structure based on the durability failure criterion.The common transmission model and distribution of common parameters in the model are reviewed; According to the existing literature, the critical concentration and distribution of chlorine ion is determined. With the help of MATLAB, the accuracy of monte carlo simulation is verified by using the monte carlo simulation method based on the durability failure criterion. In this case, the initial corrosion failure probability of the structure in coastal environment is calculated based on the given durability failure criterion. The experimental results demonstrate that the result has significant difference while adopting different transmission models. The biggest initial corrosion failure probability and the minimum initial corrosion failure probability can vary more than 5 times. At the same time,the sensitivity analysis of parameters is also taken into account in the research. Sensitivity analysis includes the selection of distribution type and scope of variation coefficient. Age coefficient has significant effect on its change, and different parameters of variation coefficient also have some effect on on its initial corrosion failure probability.2. The failure probability of bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete section.Under the condition of reinforced yield, the formula of bearing capacity of normal section is deduced. In view of the corroded reinforced concrete beam, the failure probability is calculated by derived formula. On the load effect, the relevant failure probability is calculatedwith the consideration of the uncertainty of load. In the analysis, pitting corrosion along the reinforcement on the spatial distribution of the axial is taken into consideration. In addition,pitting corrosion along the time corrosion degree is analyzed. The experimental results show that the failure probability increases almost twice in the case of the pitting corrosion spatial variation is being taken into consideration while its failure probability is close to 20% when considering the pit corrosion. But with the increase of the degree of uniform corrosion, the dominant influence position of pitting corrosion also gradually reduces.3. Service life prediction analysis of Corroded reinforced concrete beam. In a given permissible value, its durability failure flexural bearing capacity and failure time is calculated.In this case, the changing rule of the service life can be predicted. The corresponding results provide decision-making basis in late coastal environment design of reinforced concrete structure. |
