With the increasingly significant environmental problems, energy conservation is focused on more and more. Low-temperature heat(200 ℃ or less) utilization,which is huge and has diverse types of stocks(such as industrial waste heat, geothermal, solar, etc.),causes more extensive research and practice. By organic Rankine cycle power generation system, the utilization of low taste heat turned into high taste electrical energy, which is one of the common ways the major energy-saving methods, and low-temperature organic Rankine cycle power generation system has a higher energy conversion rate, a more simple structure, and a less initial investment and so on.Based on the requirements of low-temperature organic Rankine cycle organic working fluid for organic Rankine cycle power system, the article selected the R245 fa, R113, R141 b, R123, R11 five kinds of organic working fluids as an alternative. In this paper, through the low temperature heat source conditions(thermal outlet temperature of 155 ℃, 65 ℃) and an evaporator pinch point temperature difference(ΔTp of 5 ℃) steam parameters for a new method of matching constraints, it determined the condition of the new steam temperature and pressure parameter sets, according to the circulatory system performance evaluation model, select each working fluid system performance best parameter sets. Compared with the data of system standard, the article selected the R245 fa, which is best to set working fluid at a low temperature heat source conditions.Choosing R245 fa as the working fluid in the premise of Organic Rankine Cycle system, this paper studied the system performance effect factors which contains new steam temperature T1, the evaporator temperature difference ΔTp pinch and heat the cold junction temperature on. The results found that circulatory system performance increased with the decreasing of new steam temperature T1, that is to say, to achieve the best performance parameters when a new vapor in micro through state; evaporator pinch point temperature difference ΔTp smaller circulation system the better the performance, but evaporation Exchanging the greater the required heat transfer area, so ΔTp values to consider; paper were calculated heat cold junction temperature is 338.15 K, 348.15 K, 358.15 K three cases, the results showed that the higher the temperature of the cold end, the average endothermic higher the temperature, the better the performance of the cycle.Compared the system performance between the basic organic Rankine cycle and IEH Organic Rankine Cycle, the paper found the heat back to the Organic Rankine Cycle system performance is relatively lower under the same conditions of the lower outlet temperature of heated-oil of low temperature heat source.This article proposed an overall design and layout plan for 10 KW Low Temperature Organic Rankine cycle power system experimental platform, and made selection of the main computing device. |
