Research On Scheduling For Aircraft Ground Deicing Based On Consultations

The aircraft ground deicing scheduling with deicing slots and bays are allotted to the airlines is a decision-making issue which information uncertainty is included. Rules and targets are contrived for optimization, and deicing delay can be reduced observably by optimization in winter.This paper develop a more detailed scheduling rules based on the aircraft ground deicing scheduling model which established by Xing Zhiwei,and establish a coalition about airlines apply for deicing resources.In the process of appling for deicing resources,if a airline company cooperate with others,they will achieve win-win,or they all will loss,even cooperation organization will collapse.However, cooperation organization can not be formed spontaneously,Sometimes airlines will adopt inefficient strategic behavior,Thus fall into the prisoner’s dilemma.Therefore, the airline cooperation organization need to build a proper system,introduce motivate and criminal penalties,to make cooperation an optimal strategy of airlines.This paper uses N person cooperative game to analysis game behaviour and economic performance of airlines in the process of of appling for deicing resource.Finally, the best solution of income distribution is given,to make the distribution real fair.
