Sound simulation system of Airport Crash Fire Vehicle Simulator which simulates a real runtime sound of crash fire vehicle, providing training for training auditory information, is an important part of the simulator. Three-dimensional sound effects for the training room to provide sound effects, so that training can get more information by voice, while enhancing the sense of immersion training staff. Sound simulation include of the classification of sound and sound material acquisition and processing, based on Head-Related Transfer Function modeling of spatial orientation of the sound, Head-Related Transfer Function structure model, all-round loudspeakers space layout, and the sound playback control etc.The paper analyzed of sound, and classified according to circulation approach, and then use the software to establish sound collection system, collecting all the original sound data and de-noised, separated and other processing for them, for sound simulation provides pure voice material. Using of spatial distribution through the speakers, set cockpit of Airport Crash Fire Vehicle Simulator speaker layout. Function to create the sound using HRTF spatial orientation model and experiment by VC++ to establish platform for experiments.Through the model of spatial positioning of sound to simulate, analysis of sound waveform data which received left and right ears, calculated on the interaural time difference and verified sound spatial positioning model meets the requirements. In VC + + to establish experimental platform, set up an experiment control platform for the voice experiment, with good experimental results.This subject presents a new method of sound positioning, through simulation and experimental test, the method has good real-time and experimental results.
