Ice storage technology can shift electricity peak to valley,keep power grid balance and alleviate the contradiction between the supply and need of power.Ice storage air conditioning system needs more initial investment than conventional air conditioning system,so reducing the operating cost of the system is the only option of spreading the technology.Compared with conventional air conditioning system,ice storage air conditioning system has more operation modes,more complex control system,more operation constraint conditions and more various control strategies.In order to spread ice storage technology,we have a problem to solve: how to minimize the operating costs under the operating constraint conditions is the problem to spread ice storage technology? The paper use optimization method to solve the problem on the basement of cooling load prediction.On-line cooling load prediction is the basement of optimal control of ice storage air conditioning.Application of on-line cooling load prediction in Engineering needs to take into account the implementation efficiency and prediction accuracy,measure comprehensively the complexity of modeling,the feasibility of the project and the adaptability of the new building.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of Census X12 seasonal adjustment and GM(1,1)model,the paper proposes to mix them together to predict on-line cooling load,uses the method to predict a commercial building's cooling load and composes with using X12-ARIMA and GM(1,1).The paper studys on a part of load ice storage system.The cooling load is shared by the cooler and ice tank.The optimization strategy of ice storage air conditioning system is to minimize operating cost under the operating constraint conditions.The paper analyzes influencing factors of optimal control,obtains the form of objective function and constraint conditions in the model and proposes some reasonable assumptions to establish the mathematical model of ice storage system on the basis of the analysis of ice storage system.The model is used to an actual project.The paper has established the mathematical model of the system after getting the predicted cooling load with the method the paper proposes.Solving the model with Excel programming solution tool,the calculated results are compared with the control strategy of the priority of the refrigerator and the priority of the ice tank.
