With the rapidly development of economy and society, motor vehic les have became necessit ies of daily life. At the same time operating vehicles also grow rapidly, like tourist charter, passenger transportation, dangerous goods logist ics carrier, freight car, car, bus, taxi, etc., these vehic les growth leads to series of social problems, that urgent ly need a solut ion to deal with the relations hip between human, vehic le, road and environment- vehic le monitoring, vehicle search, people interaction, driver regulation and standard. This paper embarks from the social demands and market background, and looking for a vehicle regulation scheme. First of all, the theory of supervis ion system of inte lligent transportation research and analysis of domestic and foreign current situation of the development of intelligent transportation infor mation collect ion, has carried on the full analys is and research, combined with special s ituat ion of domestic transportation, sums up the domestic development trend of intelligent traffic regulation, formulate the ma in category and the key content of this topic research, on this basis, the analysis of demand for the realization of t he system in detail, there are non- funct ional requirements and funct ional requirements, carries on the comprehensive description of research the key technologies involved, and a feasibility analysis. Secondly, on the basis of demand analys is, formulated the detailed solut ion, comb ining satellite positioning system, GIS technology, wireless network data transmission and data processing system platform, the development of a set of intelligent tra nsportation vehicles supervisory system, the vehicle monitoring and management, realize interaction of vehic le, driving behavior, prevent traffic accidents, to understand the dynamic of the vehicles.The key technology of this system includes high concurre ncy solut ion, the specification of driving the effic ient analys is of vehic le whether in judgment. High concurrency is under the condit ion of limited computer resources, real- time and effic ient processing, in response to the client's request as much as poss ible, through the clever design reasonable, using network communication at the core of the underlying technology programming design, make the server of the full use of the C PU, me mory, bandwidth, high concurrency problems from the programming design leve l. And train operation specification, refers to the standard vehicle and the driver's behavior, such as vehic le and efficient matching area, the relat ionship between area is composed of N points, the vehicle's relat ionship with the designated area to determi ne the current posit ion for the calculation of large data, if the current online vehic le more than words, more large amount of calculat ion, so only the effic ient matching algorithm can solve this problem.System platform receives the car terminal posit ion, speed, direction, condit ion data through channe l gateway, such as protocol conversion, the hardware platform and terminal protocol into a platform for interaction, and ascending into the center of data calculat ion and analysis, then the data analysis of the data processing, and judging vehic les whether to conform to the specified standard and vehic le alarm or not, as well according to the require ments whether to end issued photo, reminding instruct ions, etc., and then the processed data warehousing archive, This is the main business processes and regulatory approach of the project.
