Public Policy Research On The Application Of Renewable Energy Building In Wendeng,Shandong

As one of the essential elements of people's living environment, the use of buildings in the current society is very important, and it needs to consume a lot of energy and resources. In our country, the annual energy consumption of 1/3,are used in the construction. In the context of energy shortage, the world economy in the continuous strengthening of the concept of sustainable development, the promotion of renewable energy construction applications, has been an important research topic in the industry. Wendeng Shandong has carried out the demonstration work for the construction of renewable energy, and has formulated and implemented a series of public policies for the application of renewable energy buildings. In this paper, the application of renewable energy in Wendeng is investigated, the typical engineering case is analyzed, the relevant public policy is discussed, and the existing problems are found out, and some suggestions are put forward.This paper first introduces the connotation of renewable energy and public policy implications of the two important concepts; briefly lists the foreign developed countries on the use of renewable energy policy status quo; analysis of the domestic and foreign countries to promote the application of renewable energy research and policy measures.And then from the perspective of Wendeng renewable energy distribution characteristics, application technology type,application effect and other aspects, the paper summarizes the current situation of Wendeng renewable energy construction application, introduces the historical background of Wendeng's public policy, and analyzes the relevant policies of Wendeng.Through field investigation and comprehensive analysis of the Wendeng civil culture center project, the overall planning and management process of this local ground source heat pump demonstration project is still needed to be strengthened.Finally Wendeng renewable energy construction application of public policy problems, and put forward countermeasures: in the process of popularization and application, to fully demonstrate the implementation of the project, to furtherstrengthen policy support, increase the corresponding financial subsidies, and this, we must always ensure that the government to guide the main, to create a demonstration project, strengthen the demonstration effect, further intensify propaganda, so that renewable energy construction can form a strong market, so that the development of the industry.
