The importance of vibration and noise control technology of ship cabin had been extensive paid attention to after IMO put forward higher requirements to the ship's noise reduction performance. The cabin vibration and noise of full-turning tug was prominent, this problem influences the lives and working of crew. This paper taked a36 m full-turning tug as the research object, pedestal and surrounding structure of 36 m full-turning tug had been optimization designed by numerical simulation method based on FE-SEA theory. Adopts the method of experimental measurement, verified the accuracy and feasibility of the numerical simulation.First this paper primarily expounded the intermediate frequency vibration theory and definition of intermediate frequency system, and discussed the difficulties in the study of intermediate frequency vibration problems and solution, and showed the division of intermediate frequency subsystem in detail. The FE-SEA analysis theory for solving the problem of intermediate frequency was introduced, and introduced in detail the definition of the main parameters and determine method.Secondly in order to study the acoustic and vibration characteristics of the ship,built SEA model of 36 m full-turning tug, each subsystem of ship was divided based on FE-SEA theory. The cabin noise of coupling model was predicted, doing cabin noise and vibration experiment at similar ship for trial, the experimental value compared the simulation results, verified the accuracy of the model.Then for research of vibration and noise control of the full-turning tug,analysis the vibration wave transfer characteristics of several typical connection structure based on the wave theory. According to the transfer characteristics of several connection structure, designed the two kinds of acoustic optimization structure based on the original pedestal structure of full-turning working ship. Vibration and acoustic performance of original structure and two kinds of optimization model are predicted based on FE-SEA hybrid method. Two design structure and original structure compared the simulation results, analysis vibration and noise reduction effect of the new pedestal.At last based on the wave method blocking mass mechanism,designed thin shell structure having hollow blocking mass structure. and designed the pedestal blocking mass structure. Simulated analysis FE-SEA model after the optimization des-ign, the paper predicted and analysis the cabin noise characteristics of Full-turning working ship. On this basis, mechanical impedance and insertion loss of the cabin structure vibration as the evaluation index, and compare and analyse the vibration transmission impeding effect of parameter of blocking mass structure.
