The rapid economic development has led to the construction of highway bridges and other infrastructure. At the same time, the low tower cable-stayed bridge is widely used as a new type of bridge.When the main beam of the low tower cable-stayed bridge is built with the method of the cantilever cast, several system changes are needed during the construction process, including the setting and releasing of temporary consolidation measures. During the construction process, the temporary consolidation has an important influence on the structure stability and anti overturning ability when the structure is in the cantilever state, the same with the internal force and displacement. At the same time,reasonable temporary consolidation mode is related to the safety and economy of the bridge construction. Therefore, the reasonable temporary consolidation simulation and simplified calculation method can provide a more accurate camber degree, and ensure the alignment of the bridge, and guide the construction of reasonable.The main research contents include:(1)Using the finite element software Midas Civil 2012 to establish the Xinyanggang Bridge model in state of the cantilever. Through the comparison and analysis of the 4 kinds of simulation schemes: Simple design and calculation analysis can be satisfied only by considering the location and structure of the temporary consolidation column and the pier.(2)Using the finite element software Midas Civil 2012 to establish the Xinyanggang Bridge finite element model of construction stage. Then, comparing the internal force, displacement and theoretical value and monitoring value of the maximum cantilever state, side span closure condition and closure state. The research shows that the internal force and displacement of the main beam can meet the requirements of the specification, and the upper and lower edge of the control section is also in the control range.(3)Making the temporary consolidation of Xinyanggang Bridge as a research object,and Simplified calculation models in the previous research results. The axial force of the temporary consolidation column in the most dangerous state of the "T" structure is derived. At the same time, calculating the compressive bearing capacity and anti overturning ability. The study shows that the calculation model of elastic three supportpoint is basically applicable to the calculation of temporary consolidation column of this bridge.(4)Using the large-scale finite element software ANSYS to establish the solid finite element model of Xinyanggang bridge temporary consolidation column. The spatial stress analysis of the temporary consolidation column under the maximum cantilever state is used to check whether the temporary consolidation column meets the requirements from the space angle. The research shows that the maximum compressive stress and the maximum tensile stress value of the temporary consolidation column are all within the scope of the specification, which can meet the requirements of the construction safety.
