Double layer traffic of concrete box girder combines the overall mechanical behavior advantage of concrete box beam structure, improve ordinary concrete box girder structure rational by using the roof and floor all as the bridge deck system, and designs concrete box girder bridge orienting double deck traffic to realize double layer traffic. This paper based on the whole process of bending property experiment on 1:6 scale test model of double traffic concrete box girder with a single box three rooms, used ABAQUS software to simulate the whole process test of box girder and analyze related parameters on this basis by choosing material parameter and element models reasonable, and completed the following several aspects of work:(1)Based on the ABAQUS nonlinear software, in view of the existing test results from the box girder, through the establishment of numerical model of double deck traffic concrete box girder, it simulated the entire process from the load to the destruction under the corresponding load(test modes: concentrated load at the top and bottom at the same time), carried on the comparative study on analyze data and the corresponding box test results,achieves the good consistency with the experiment and numerical analysis, which verified the reliability of the numerical model and the feasibility of the nonlinear analysis.(2)Under test conditions, analyze the strain of test box girder model and the overall deformation(deflection) and study of the distribution of concrete roof compressive strain with cross section, hole-opening section of the box girder model to obtain the strain of roof distribute uneven and exist shear lag phenomenon; Also analyze the overall deformation(deflection) of box girder to obtain loading at the floor have more influence on floor deformation.(3)Adjust the load position( load condicion one: all load at box girder roof) to judge the influence on flexural behavior of the box girder model. The bearing capacity of box beam under the load condicion one is bigger than test conditions by comparing with the analysis results under the test conditions(4)There are only four box girder bottom supports and add four supports on the basis(load condicion two) to judge the influence on flexural behavior of the box girder model. By comparing with the analysis results under the test conditions, it obtains that adding four supports in the floor support section can improve the deformation degree of the support at both ends of the box girder and reduce the deformation of the box girder, improve the bearing capacity.
