| As the key field to promote the competitiveness of the national science and technology, complex equipment represents the forefront level of modern high-tech industry, which has important strategic significance. Complex equipment is a kind of high-tech, high value-added, high cost and customers customized products and systems, which have complex system structure, wide technical field, and complicated R&D(Research and Development) process. Its R&D is huge system engineering.Therefore, traditional supply relationship of manufacturers and suppliers cannot meet the needs of its R&D, “Main manufacturer-Supplier” strategic synergy model become the mainstream. In order to ensure the complex equipment R&D smoothly, on one hand, supplier need to participate in the R&D in advance with the main manufacturers share development costs and risks; on the other hand, main manufacturers and suppliers should fully share knowledge information in view of the task data,schedule data, quality data, etc. These two aspects constitute two basic problems of pattern of supplier involvement, which are involvement time of supplier and information communication frequency.Based on the complex equipment "main manufacturer- supplier" coordinated R&D, through the analysis of characteristics of complex equipment and its characteristics in the R&D process, three phases are summed up, which are knowledge accumulation, information exchange, design rework.And the cooperative R&D network based on the landmark events is built to analyze the collaborative relationship of main manufacturer and supplier and clear the connotation of pattern of supplier involvement. Then, the knowledge accumulation function is established according to the information accumulation process of main manufacturers, the rework function is established based on supplier’s collaborative degree and dependence degree, and by building the choice model of involvement pattern under the condition of uniform and non-uniform information exchange, obtain the criteria for different pattern of supplier involvement and varying regularity of involvement time and information communication frequency. Finally, according to the criteria for different pattern of supplier involvement, this paper research specific implementation strategy of supplier in collaborative R&D process. From the perspective of profit distribution in cooperation equilibrium, under the premise of ensuring maximal profit in whole supply chain, the profit distribution model is established when suppliers participate in ahead of time, and the crush design interests compensation model is established when suppliers participate in serial. After calculation, supplier implementation strategies under different involvement pattern are obtained. Thus, specific implementation plan of suppliers are identified to ensure the smooth implementation when suppliers participate in complex equipment collaborative R&D, which can provide guidance for practical application. |
