The development of national economy and living standard heavily depend on electric energy. In the 21 st century, the sustainable development of china's electric power industry must be set about exploiting conditions of providing energy resources, and it is a good way to solve the energy shortage by using nuclear to generate electric power. Nuclear power generation is an important way to achieve low carbon power generation, which has four advantages relative to thermal power generation: First, the lower cost; Second, no causing air pollution; Third, fuel with higher utilization and more convenient transportation and storage; Last, on earth, Nuclear fuel resources are about one hundred thousand times as much as that of fossil fuel resources, complying with the law of sustainable development. Now developed countries have nuclear great generating capacity, China is also stepping up to catch up.There are many structural differences between the nuclear power generator and the thermal generator, which must be taken special attention of in the manufacturing process. For the difference of forming structure of inner stator frame between the nuclear power generator and the thermal generator, this thesis analysis that the original tool dosen't apply to nuclear power generator, and we need to develop a new tool with Enough stiffness?precision and Operating convenience. I designed optimized main frame of this tool depending on material mechanic, structural mechanic and working conditions. Then had finite element analysis by NASTRAN software to make sure the tool's rigidity and stability meet manufacturing requirement. In addition, I confirm adjusting structure and manufacturing precision by assembly dimension accuracy of product requirements.Finally, according to the application feedback of this tool in Shanghai Electric Generator Corporation, it is verified by practice that this tool meet the positioning requirement of nuclear power generation manufacturing, which make a contribution to get 1100 MW nuclear power generation developed by SEGC run smoothly.
