The ultra smooth surface polishing technology isthe main meanto obtain super smooth with no damage on the surface.Themain factors influencing polishing precision is temperature,pressure and flow rate.This systemguarantees the quality of polishing crystal material reliability to developed the micro jet suspension spray supply systembased on PLC control with man-machine interface integration.The research content includes the design of electricalcontrol system,hardware circuitand software programmingof PLC.The micro fluidic supply system base on the five axis machining center and realize the processing of high efficiency crystal materials.In this paper,the authormainly studies the following aspects according to the micro fluidic suspension spray supply system:Thetemperature control:Temperature is the key factors that affect the polishing liquid stable performance.In order to ensure maximum polishing fluid activity,we need to maintain a constant temperature in the working process of the system.In this system,we invented a new methodwhich can adjust the temperature precision and overcome the shortcoming ofthe big time delay and bigtemperature fluctuation.It realizes the temperature precision adjustment and obtains the good effect of closed loop control.In the end the temperature can range from15℃ to 35℃ and obtain the accuracy better than 0.1℃.The hydrauliccontrol:Theoretical studies have shown that fluid flow occurring in the process of cavitation bubble have advantages for polishing.This system based on PLC central control and controlled by information acquisition.Which can realize0~3barconstantpressuresupply.The flow control:We collected the flow rate and pressure sensor signalfor acquisition.The experimental results show that the pressure ranging from 0 bar to 3 bar can realize linear relationship.It also suggests that we can control the traffic through the pressure control.The structure design:Polishing liquid storage tanks use the design of the bath.Polishing fluid is put in the tank,the tank through the intermediate sandwich of deionized water have hot bath.This paper adoptsreversing valve to different switching line,according to the system requirements to implement different forms of energy.
