The importance of small arms in the battlefield is obvious,to guarantee the accuracy of the weapons to hit the target,high precision optical sight has become an indispensable part.However,the structure of the optical sight is composed of many optical components and precision targeting systems composed of precision mechanical components.As a result,when we make the sights high and low temperature and shooting type test,it can make with the aim at baseline reticle optical components such as loose,this must make zero changes aimed at baseline,this variation is the sight of the zero momentum,the existence of this change quantity will affect the precision of the sight.So make measure the zero momentum to improving the firing accuracy of sight has very important significance.To do this,we need to study a way to detect the momentum of the testing system.This article is based on optoelectronic autocollimation images restoration, the piezoelectric micro displacement auxiliary positioning and zero movement CCD image processing has developed a set of key technologies such as for high precision white light composite sights the zero movement detection system.In the key technology,optoelectronic autocollimation images restoration technology can measure the sight repeated installation of variation;Piezoelectric micro displacement auxiliary positioning technology can be according to the micro force sensor feedback signal to control the feeding of the half lens so as to ensure the front facet of sight to high precision alignment plate joint;Zero movement CCD image processing technique is sight shot by CCD camera to an analysis of the records of the partition groove change before and after the experiment to get the sight of the zero movement.Go compared with the measured zero movement contains repeated installation changes the traditional method of the measurement method can measure sights the pure zero momentum, so it has more development significance.
