Civil aircraft Steering system is one of the core systems. In this paper, we study object of electric steering gear. The(DC or AC) motor is the core component of the electric steering gear system. Motor servo system is directly related to the safety of the overall job characteristics. In this paper, we study how to improve the fault-tolerant performance of motor control system. We want to make sure that the motor in a fault condition still can meet certain working characteristic and relatively smooth output torque.In recent years, permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely used in the steering gear system.When the motor fails, the magnetic field will become asymmetric. The original d-q model no longer applies to motor failure. This paper presents a fault-tolerant systems based on the three-phase decoupling control scheme for PMSM. Through the three-phase motor model does not decouple further improvement, the use of extracted neutral wire greatly enhances the three-phase permanent synchronous motor fault tolerance to ensure that in the broken phase state of emergency the motor still have operating characteristics of steering system. In this paper, we consider the permanent magnet synchronous motor d-q axis magnetic coupling effect between cross and analysis the given motor electromagnetic field by using Ansoft software. We extract the cross and nonlinear saturation inductance curve and d-q axis inductance parameters. On the basis of this argument, I extracted a-b-c tri-axial self-inductance and mutual inductance parameters based on a-b-c axis to d-q axis transformation matrix of the motor. In the Matlab simulation platform, we established the nonlinear model of motor and the simulation experiment was carried out. Through the analysis of the no coupling nonlinear fault motor model, we work out the corresponding fault tolerant control algorithm in the fault phase. Through the use of the algorithm, the motor still have a certain job characteristics such as emergency situations to ensure the working characteristic of servo system.
