Aero engine, as the power device of the aircraft, is an important part in aircraft maintenance. According to the numerous engine maintenance tasks, the engine running test take a very important position. The aim of the engine running test is to check the engine working state and fault effects, as the test of the engine performance.Previous training of the engine runining test is mainly the actual operation of the engine and the theoretical explanation, which has disadvantages of limited training tasks, high cost and less security. Therefore, the simulated model of engine aiming at the engine running test is very significant. Based on the engine test tasks, this paper designed a variety of training mode, and study the control system model and the performance parameters model of the engine.The specific work is as follows:Firstly, the engine test tasks are analyzed, using the case to descriped the running test task. Using the running test task types as the basis, designed two kinds of training mode, respectively, elements of the two modes are analyzed. Based on this, designed the structure of the simulation model of engine, and divided the engine model into the flightdeck effect control model and the performance parameters model.Secondly, study the flightdeck effect control mode and the performance parameters models. the flightdeck effect control mode is divided into various functional modules. To each module, using the proposed function element method(FEM) and multi level finite state machine(ML-FSM)to establish every function model; For performance parameters model, based on the running test data, using the discrete recursive interpolation method basing on the least squares, analysed the relationship between the parameters, established the different parameters models in the different engine conditions and faults.Finally, carry out the simulation model in the A320 manitannence training device platform, and expounded the structure and way of the programs of driving engine running test task mode and engine simulation model. By running the simulator engine simulation program, carryed on the simulation experiments of engine’s running test parameters and the running test task owing to the two kinds of training modes. The results show that the builted model can meet the engine running test requirements.
