By promoting the use of electric vehicles(EV) widely, the consumption of traditional fossil fuels and carbon emission can both be reduced. With the reduction of the cost of battery and the enhancement of vehicle manufacturing technology and the improving of charging platform, EV has entered a rapid development stage and its number will increase rapidly for a long period. Since there are different vehicle charging behaviors of diverise users, a large number of random and disorder charging behaviors of EV will lead to the negative effect on the safe operation of distribution network. It will be effective to improve the peak to valley ratio and raise the stability of the distribution network by analyzing EV charging load characteristics and exploring effective charging control strategy to guide the charging behavior of EV owners.Based on the aforementioned reasons, this paper focuses on the regulatory issue of EV orderly charging, and the research work contents the following entries:(1)This paper first analysis the characteristic of EV charging load, then the models of this behavior and the simulation results are given by combining with Monte Carlo method. Simulation results show that a large number of random disorderly charging conduct of EV will increase the peak-valley difference of the distribution network, which will increase the risk of system operation and also will reduce the economic benefits of the power grid.(2)In this paper, two schemes, which are bi-level optimization control scheme and timed power tariff control scheme, have been researched.Besides, the models of these two scheme have been given. The regulatory effects of these two schemes are verified by anaysing the sample data. Experimental results show that, relative to disorderly charge mode, both two scheme could play the effect of optimization regulation in a certain degree. However, the bi-level optimization control scheme has the defect of inadequate regulatory capacity in the afternoon session while the timedpower tariff control scheme exists the risk of price competition charge in evening.(3)By comprehending the analysis result of simulation results of the abovementioned two regulatory schemes and combining V2 G concept, the micro network dynamic regulation scheme is proposed which is used to EV orderly charging under multi-target scenarios. In this scheme, the micro regulation network has been analyzed and modeled, and the dynamic pricing guide scheme has been formulated.Simulation result shows that this scheme can guide EV owners participating in the orderly regulation from the charging economic point better, and making up the shortage which exists in the above-mentioned two schemes. Thus, the practical and reference value of the proposed scheme is existence in orderly charging regulation domain.
