With the progress of science and technology as well as environmental pollution problems outbreaks frequently in recent years, the public are increasingly concerned about the living environment pollution problems, at the same time energy conservation has become the theme of the moment and the future, so improve indoor air quality and energy conservation has become a contradiction. Because of it’s ability of saving energy while improving indoor air quality,fresh air heat exchange system has attracted more and more attention. Study with performance of total heat exchange air system is contribute to energy saving and sustainable development.For total heat exchange air system, the paper mainly completed the following work:(1)The theory of heat transfer process in heat exchange core has been analyzed,Matlab software has been used to predict the relationship between the core inside story and the efficiency of heat transfer and pressure drop losses.( 2) The total heat exchange air system performance testing platform has been established by referring to the relevant standards, the accuracy of the test units have been checked,and the results show that it meet the testing requirements.The device under test has been experimented on the experimental platform, the experimental results using linear regression analysis can fit the formula of efficiency.(3)The operation of flow and heat transfer process in the core under the ideal conditions have been simulated by ANSYS software, they are two common conditions velocity, pressure and temperature distribution are analyzed and calculated heat transfer efficiency,this can make a foundation to optimize the structure.(4)Analysis the flow of total heat exchange air system and found that the speed of air flow at different longitudinal direction of the core inlet face is different, and the distribution is uneven, relate to the experiments,we can found that there is a certaindegree of relationship between the heat exchange efficiency and uneven distribution of the air flow velocity. For the uneven air flow phenomenon of original structure, the paper have made some changes in structure of the flow channel outer heat exchange core body,and the unevenness in the changed structure has greatly improved. Comparative experiment results also shows that performance of the new structure is superior to the original structure at a certain range of wind. |
