Military relays are widely used in satellite, rocket, the spacecraft, tanks and other equipment, signal transmission, executive control, system distribution, and other functions. Military relay reliability directly affects the reliability of the whole equipment system, and within many of the tailings military relay seriously affect the reliability of its own. Therefore, military relay must pass a screening test before delivery, remove hidden dangers of the product. At present, the seal electronic components are widely used in the Detection of inner tailings method is more Particle Impact Noise Detection(Particle Impact Noise Detection, PIND) test. But the current particle impact noise detection is still there are some problems: particle impact noise detection testing prone to misjudgment and false negatives, lack of the basis of test theory research. This paper analyzes the development status quo of particle impact noise detection test, the particle impact noise detection testing standard, military relay internal dynamics characteristics of tailings, military electromagnetic relay internal frequency characteristics of the typical components, based on different aspects of PIND test method of the experiment carried on the thorough research.Nations are analyzed in detail in this paper the PIND test conditions specified in the standard and empirical formulas, points out the limitations of its application. Military electromagnetic relay PIND test reference standard GJB 65-1999- b,, GJB360 B QJ789A- 1995-1995, etc., in this paper, several standard test conditions and criterion of interpretation and compared in detail, puts forward the understanding and application of standard matters needing attention.This paper analyzes the dynamic model of particles, because of the complexity of the particle movement form and ultimately tend to be more typical chaotic motion, this paper use energy principle to explain the relationship between the particles to gain energy and frequency, and the simulation and experimental verification. At the same time, the paper analyzes the typical components of the military electromagnetic relay internal frequency characteristic, and has carried on the simulation and experimental validation. For the choice of the best vibration frequency, reduce misjudgment and wrongly phenomena laid a foundation.Due to the particularity of military electromagnetic relay internal structure, some type of mechanical noise waveform occurrence probability of relay is large, there are a lot of products have been mistaken for the unqualified phenomenon, especially the standards for QJ789A- 1995 and GJB65 B condition B(three axis direction), the elimination rate will increase a lot. Based on PIND test experience for many years, with guilin aerospace factory normal production of 165 relay PIND experiment was carried out, through a variety of comparison test results to further illustrate what PIND test conditions more effective, more scientific.
