| In the process of development of modern liquid rocket propulsion systems, combined with system simulation calculation, propulsion system design can be optimized, the working parameters can be clear. At the same time, adopt the method of combining engineering test and the simulation calculation, and can effectively reduce test times, be to speed up the development pro gress, shorten the development cycle, saving development costs, and so on.Firstly, the hydrogen peroxide / kerosene variable thrust propulsion system of the thrust control scheme are introduced, and the pressurization feed system and engine system were described in detail.Simulation model for describing the pressurization feed system are established. Through system simulation, the dynamic characteristic of pressurization feed system is analyzed. Based on the simulation results, the number of gas cylinders would be decreased sharply when the charging gas at the exit of pressure reducing valve is heated. And the modification scheme of the simulation model is proposed.On the AMESim software platform, a variable thrust engine system model is built. The whole engine system was simulated under the variable thrust flying state. From the result of simulation, the simulated thrust and designed thrust are compared and analyzed. It will provide the foundation for designing experiment and simulation research for variable thrust engine.At the end of the paper, the hydrogen peroxide/kerosene variable thrust propulsion system test was introduced,and the pressurization feed system and engine test results were compared with their simulation results, the accuracy of the simulation software was verified. And the simulation calculation results of the pressurization feed system Suggested that the propulsion system design scheme should be improved. |
