Conventional fossil energy is about to burn out, the development of new energy is imminent, solar energy as a reserve unlimited clean energy is becoming more and more popular, the development of solar energy usually has two kinds of solar thermal power generation and photovoltaic power generation, due to the photovoltaic power generation will have a certain pollution of the environment. Therefore, in the long run, solar thermal power generation is the first choice for the development and utilization of solar energy. In solar thermal power generation, the tower power generation due to its large size, high concentration, the back-end technology and thermal power generation is similar, so it is the first choice for solar thermal power generation in the future. At present, tower of the mirror field distribution is usually to tower as the center of concentric circular layout or linear layout, resulting in Tingri mirror are not placed in the area of high efficiency, reduced the annual average power generation efficiency. How to make a reasonable distribution of the heliostat in order to maximize the spotlight is the construction of the tower system first consideration. The law of motion of sun and mirror reflection model based for heliostat field efficiency center point and efficient distribution area. Also, paper introduced energy truncation effect and further optimization of the distribution of heliostat, finally draw the conclusion that the mirror field distribution need to latitude different to make corresponding adjustment in the conclusion. In addition, this paper also introduces the control mode of the heliostat, heliostat concentrator error sources and corresponding solutions are analyzed, and a series of studies on the heliostat group scheduling strategy, the main contents are as follows:(1) The characteristics of solar radiation and the sun in the motion of the celestial sphere is complex. According to the theory, a relevant model of the apparent motion of the sun, the sun and the formula of coordinate azimuth and elevation.(2) Study on the working principle of the heliostat. According to the law of mirror reflection, analysis of the center point of heliostat concentrator meets the principle according to the calculation formula on parameters of the sun, with the heliostat reflection model, analyzes the heliostat angle control parameters.(3) In comes to the heliostat distribution design. According to the Sun rules and heliostat control perspective, efficiency problem and center point distance attenuation cosine efficiency, combined with the heliostat atmosphere existing in the work of the analysis of the distribution of ideal efficiency of heliostat absorption tower within a certain range around the region, generally put forward the heliostat layout scheme, and further considering the energy efficiency of truncation the problem of distribution, accordingly, finally puts forward the specific implementation steps of mirror distribution.(4) About the control strategy of heliostat, from a single heliostat perspective, introduces the heliostat open-loop control and closed-loop control process, analyzes the existing problems of heliostat error. And from the perspective of the whole heliostat, analyzed and formulated the scheduling strategy of heliostat tower system at run time.
