In this thesis, the object of research were the rural residences in Chongqing. Through the field investigation and field survey researched wet situation of ground in the door in the spring and summer transition season. Induced reasons of moisture were analyzed, and software was used to simulate the effect of prevent ground condensation, determined the ground insulation anti-condensation heat resistance value.Firstly, through the field investigation and the actual survey understand the basic situation of the rural residential land and the moisture condition. The ground floor of surveyed 60 residences was cement indoor and the vast majority of non-moisture treatment. A common phenomenon of varying degrees indoor ground in July and June, farmers generally have improved expectations to it. Indoor humidity phenomenon was observed and measured from the selected five typical rural residences, indoor whole ground was dry but still a local wet to moisture-proof processing and indoor wet ground was serious condition to not moisture-proof processing. Indoor ground condensation number of the 2 rural residences was close to 60% in the humid weather.Secondly, to analyze indoor wet ground of the reasons were adsorption type wet, damp, condensation type leakage. At present rural residences to the ground to take the moisture proof processing is only barrier underground capillary water rising indoor ground and do not solve the indoor ground condensation. In the rural residential building energy-saving design standards propose insulation measure to the ground, but it is not give thermal performance parameters of detail. So it needs to improve further.Finally, using software analysis the regularities of condensation the cement ground of rural residences rainy season in Chongqing and summed up the occurrence of condensation in the cement ground seasonal characteristics and condensation frequency distribution. As a reference was condensation of cement on the ground, the preservation of ground and overhead ground were anti condensation effect simulation. The results show that ground insulation with thermal insulation layer thickness of condensation increases several decreasing. When the heat preservation layer thickness increases to a certain extent, reduce the condensation when the number of low efficiency; overhead ground with the overhead layer height increased and overhead layer ventilation openings than the condensation of indoor floor is increased to reduce the number of, the commonly used ventilated ground anti condensation effect as the basis, put forward ground insulation anti-condensation of the lowest thermal resistance is 0.5 m2?k/w and as Chongqing rural residences use ground insulation anti-condensation design for reference.
