The stress environment of flying aircraft is very complex. Various uncertain factors exist. Sometimes or event worth, there will be a structure component damage or failure. Then the aerodynamic characteristics, dynamic characteristics and ballistic characteristics of large range change will happen. The main structure of this paper is shown as follows:First of all, by investigating the development history of aircraft structure damage domestic and overseas in recent years, we learn the overall principles and method of the research of aircraft structure damage. Then, use FLUENT software simulate the models of aircraft structure damage that occur in the different situation and get the change of aircraft aerodynamic characteristics. Analysis the results of different forms and degree of damage and damage effects on the aerodynamic characteristics and trajectory characteristicsof the aircraft. Results are as follows:The influence of tail damage on lift coefficient increases with Angle of attack. There is less effect on the lift coefficient under low Mach number. The influence of damage on resistance coefficient depends on the area of speed direction projection,as the bigger area of the greater resistance coefficient. The damage direction which increases the lift influence more on the aerodynamic parameters when the Angle of attack is positive. The influence of damage on uncontrolled trajectory depends on the balance angle of attack of damage model. The bigger difference between balance angle of attack of damage model and the original model, the more deflection of the trajectory. When the damage influences both pitch and yaw direction, uncontrolled trajectory start to have conic motion by the extra force and torque. The system still be stable, if the damage is small.
