In the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, energy is undoubtedly an important safeguard. The government vigorously promote energy conservation policy and standards, combined with the Guangxi regional climate characteristics, according to the current we lack of understanding which is the thermal conductivity of unsaturated humidity porous material relevant norms, and lack of a large number of experimental research data base and an appropriate theoretical model.Therefore, for municipal sludge sintered shale porous brick, insulation mortar and ordinary mortar in this paper, it carried out with the theoretical analysis and experimental study of moisture content and equivalent thermal conductivity of the relationship, and further it is studied of the moisture content, clean surface of mortar the type and thickness affecting the wall thermal parameters.By studying the theoretical analysis which is the relationship between the moisture content and the equivalent thermal conductivity, the series model and parallel model are considered, and a combination of theoretical analysis of solid, liquid, gas the three-phase state, it got derivation formula between equivalent thermal conductivity of the unsaturated humidity wall material and the thermal conductivity of the dry state. the test values with the theoretical value of the corresponding were analyzed,when the moisture content below 15%, the theoretical derivation formula has some applicability, but does not have applicability to those of ordinary mortar.The moisture content affect significantly equivalent thermal conductivity of the wall material. For different materials, there is different degree of influence. The initial Moisture content affect the thermal conductivity of the wall material that play a major role. According to the test results, we fit out the formula of equivalent thermal conductivity of municipal sludge sintered shale porous brick, insulation mortar, ordinary mortar. It reflect influence between the Moisture content and the wall material of equivalent thermal conductivity.In this paper, it has a theory analysis and experimental research between the moisture content and the wall heat transfer coefficient. During the different Moisture content case,The equivalent thermal conductivity substituted into the theoretical calculations of wall heat transfer coefficient. Test for detection of wall heat transfer coefficient value is more large than the theoretical calculated value, the correction coefficient is 1.34.The moisture content, surface mortar type and thickness have a significant influence on the heat transfer coefficient of the wall. When the moisture content is increased by an average of 1%. The heat transfer coefficient of 10 mm, 20 mm thick plain surface mortar wall PQT-1 and PQT-2, 10 mm, 20 mm thick insulation surface mortar wall BQT-1 and BQT-2 respectively increased 1.26%, 1.33%, 1.65% and 1.88%. The surface mortar thickness Every increase 10 mm, the heat transfer coefficient of ordinary surface mortar and insulation surface mortar respectively were decreased about 4.2% and 12.7%. The ordinary mortar surface inside the wall got to test condensation. the experimental test results are in agreement with the theoretical calculation results, the wall inside has no condensation phenomenon.The results of this study show that: by the influence of moisture content on the material coefficient of thermal conductivity theoretical analysis and experimental research, we have a certain understanding on the relationship between the moisture content and coefficient of thermal conductivity. For wall materials, we Firstly should choose good performance of heat preservation and heat insulation material, considering the influence of environmental humidity on the material moisture content at the same time, we should choose to have an airtight porous material, to make the material of the moisture content is low. Through the production process, raw materials to make wall material surface to form the tightness, to prevent water from entering the wall materials influence the thermal parameters. Through other measures to ensure that the water of insulation material is at a lower level.The humidity environment also affects moisture content of the wall,so pay attention to wall's moisture-proof. To reduce the humidity effect on the wall, when the wall body moisture content is low, we can add measures such as wall surface water-resisting layer. It should be combined with wall internal condensation protective measures at the same time, comprehensive consideration. Through study on the effects of moisture content on the thermal properties of wall material and wall, we know the moisture content influence on its principle.For the selection of wall materials and construction it can provide reliable technical support and reference, guide the construction technical personnel to master wall construction points, pay attention to prepare moisture-proof measures, promote the progress of building energy conservation work.
