Recently, China’s wind power industry is entering the era of lean management. When the international industry tycoon are still preparing for the upcoming Internet industry, Envision has put the concept of internet of energy into practice. The purpose of this study is about the background system of the mobile application MAP (Mobile Application Platform) which is in the Wisdom Wind Platform Wind AppTM made by envision, then on the base of these, develop and test the system and finish the system.This thesis introduces technical background of the MAP background systems, presents development situation and related research. Then the technology in the system is introduced, such as the Jersey framework, MySQL database and BaiduPush. And then a brief analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies and the reasons to choose them.On this basis, this thesis carried out a detailed design. In the detailed design of the system, according to the software engineering process, the demand of MAP system is analyzed in detail at first, then the MAP system id divided in four functional blocks according the function, and the non-functional requirements are proposed:response time; Then the overall architecture and database design of the MAP system are described on the basis of needs analysis, and a typical interaction flow logic design and design inside the core module of various functional modules are given, including the processing of module and the detail configuration of configuration files; After internal subdivision, the Jersey framework based on JAX-RS specification is implemented.Finally, the system functions are tested and verified. The system test shows that the system fully functional, stable and reliable, and it has a parallel access capability to meet the needs of MAP system and meet the system’s Design requirements of simple and reusability.
