With the rapid advance of high-speed rail network, the time of arrival of between urban cities greatly reduces. It also eased the pressure on the existing lines and provide more choice foe people. Currently, foreign study for the utility function focus on whole transportation system. And Chinese research pay attention to a train set to explore its utility function. The study rarely consider the site service attributes, lack of consideration for the railway line and the city's Transit city residents traveling in.In this paper, we carry out sample survey of Nanjing-Shanghai railway passengers were traveling the whole process, willingness and satisfaction survey of railway passengers.The basic attributes of individual travelers, travel characteristic attributes, train service attributes and Site Service attributes are statistical analysed. It found that personal income, trip purpose, travel cost sources, train travel times, fares, service attributes and accessibility of the site for railway passenger travel choice have a major impact. According to personal income travelers and travel purposes, the classification of the passengers, get a typical structure composed of two types of passenger(High-end and low-end model type).With different lines of classification, combining linear regression principle, conduct satisfaction analysis. It found that the main factors is the fast train and economy, and the main factors of the site is regional location and accessibility. And not among its independent role, but there are mutually complementary role.Using random utility theory, Mixed Logit model as principle, the utility function parameters of urban agglomeration channels at different levels inside the railway are calibrated. The results indicate, the time value of the unit train most major factors that influence travelers. For different isoforms train line operating group, the arrival/departure station time is the main factor distinguishing the two. As for the different train operators group of different lines, it is a major factor in travelers'personal characteristics distinguish the two. Different levels railway can select the utility function for the railway macroeconomic policy formulation, implementation of the scientific basis fare customized to optimize the structure of railway traffic, the railway more rational allocation of resources.
