Reasearch And Optimization Of Mop And Bop For DONGQI 600MW Steam Turbine Unit

Lubricating oil system is one of an important system for thermal and nuclear power plants According to the development trend of the world’s steam turbine technology,the lubricating oil system for unit capacity of 600MW and above full speed steam turbine is consist of MOP(Main Oil Pump)and BOP(Booster Oil Pump drived by Oil Turbine).A few years ago,MOP and BOP were mainly imported from abroad or manufactured with the introduction of foreign technology,it was not only expensive,but aslo therewas no independent intellectual property rights,so the domestic production of 600MW steam turbine process was restricted.In order to realize localization for 600MW steam turbine in our country,a series of key technologies are required to research and innovate for MOP and BOP which are to be used in the 600MW steam turbine unit.By the approach of our company cooperation with Xihua University,a series key technology in R&D of MOP and BOP has been worked out,products of MOP and BOP for the 600MW steam turbine units have been manufactured and have been working steady at several thermal power plants.Combining with the project requirements for the R&D of MOP and BOP for 600MW Steam Turbine Unit,the relative key technologies,theories and methods during R&D of MOP and BOP are presented in this thesis,in which hydraulic design and optimization,structural design and static and dynamic analysis,partial key technologies in manufacturing,performance testing and verification for design etc.,are included.The efficiency of the oil system with self-developed MOP and BOP for the 600MW steam turbine units is over 50%,and it is much higher than traditional system comprised by"MOP and oil injector"(efficiency of this traditional system is about 25%).The self-developed MOP and BOP have been gradually installed in several power plants which equipped with 600MW steam turbine units,and have put into steady commercial operation.The imported products can be completely replaced with self-developed MOP and BOP in recent manufactured 600MW steam turbine units.It brings not only a greater economic benefits,but also get good technical and social aspects.Through these project research,a series key technology in R&D of MOP and BOP has been obtained,and intellectual property rights has been achieved.As the localization for 600MW steam turbine in our country has been realized completely,the comphisve technological level has reached the international advanced level,some technical indicators are better than similar international products for 600MW steam turbine units which produced at DongQi.
