Tube fin radiator is a typical natural convection heat transfer equipment. through convection between the air and the fin,it could reach the purpose of heating, because of its simple structure, easy processing,high thermal efficiency,Tube fin radiator was widely used. the ways tube fin radiator fin tube being arranged in and the height of the import and export of radiator are the important factors of affecting thermal performance. the analysis of fin tube arrangement and the finned tube's flow of hot water and the height of the import and export of radiato on heating is the key issues to improve performance of radiators and save the energy.In this paper, firstly, the three-dimensional physical and mathematical model of Tube fin radiator used in market is established,and the numerical calculation is carried out by using CFD software FLUENT, and the heat transfer capability and the distribution of flow field are analyzed. Through testing the tube fin radiator, and comparing the numerical results and the experimental results, demonstrating the effectiveness of the model and the correct of solving method. Then comparing the thermal performance of the different arrangement of the tube fin radiator. Finally, analyzing the influence on heating of the hot water temperature and the height of the inlet and outlet of Tube fin radiator. The main results are as follows:(1)The market heating radiator numerical calculation results and test results are compared. The results showed that with the increase of(35)T, the heat dissipating capacity of the radiator will be increased.and Numerical calculation and experimental test heat dissipation difference of13.5%;(2)In five different fin tube arrangement, vertical arrangement of the heat dissipation performance the worst; S type layout of the best cooling performance; Inverted T layout is slightly better than the heat sink performance of the market heating radiator;(3)The radiator with inverted T type arrangement in five different hot water temperature, the greater the difference in temperature between finned tubes, the greater the heat dissipating capacity of the radiator. In the calculation of the five cases, Fin tube temperature difference of 5K is higher than 1K for 17.5%;(4) Radiator outlet height of the impact of heat dissipation is greater than the impact of the import height on the heat sink. Different import high heat dissipating capacity is up to 4.33%, while different export height maximum heat dissipation vary as much as 47.7%. With the increase of import high, the heat slightly decreased; With the increase of export height, to strengthen the chimney effect, export air mass flow rate increases, outlet air temperature increases after the first decreases, and its heat dissipating capacity increase.
