In recent years, Chinese Academy Of Engineering Physics research team has proposed the ‘Z-pinch fusion-fission hybrid reactor(Z-FFR) concept'. The Z-FFR(Z-Pinch Driven Fusion-fission hybrid reactor) has the typical characteristics of safety, clean, sustain, economy,and also is large-scale and environment-friendly. So it will be with great competitive future energy. In this paper, the replacement blanket material plan of the Z-FFR is designed in details. Avoiding the difficulty of achieving orbital transfer in a car, the two cars respectively loading blanket module radial movement and ring spinning are purposed. The movements are simple and achievable. There are none of devices left in the hybrid reactor. Each blanket module are installed by feedback device to position separately. This method ensure the accuracy of position, in order to decrease cumulative errors.When hybrid reactor is operating, the blast interior will create pressure. In order to avoid the deviation of the blanket in operation, the blanket module has been fixed after installation.Considering the wast heat when blanket module is replaced, detailedanalysis, calculation and the wast heat load out plan are listed.Calculation of the heat sink time is figured out for providing theoretical guidance for the security of refueling process. During the period of replacement blanket module, it need to be cooled. The introduction of the method of pipe connections and cutting is carried out in details. Finally,the key parts of refueling mechanism is calculated. To ensure refueling mechanism meet the requirement of strength, the ring car is checked by using the ANSYS software.
