| As a key basic component, bearings are applied in various industries, where transmission exists, bearing exists. As the topic of this research, self aligning roller bearing is the key significant component in traction machine. The vibration and noise performance of bearings directly determines the noise of the elevator. With the improvement of people’s living standard, the demand for high quality of life is higher and higher, and the demand for the comfort of elevators is also increased. As the core component, thus, bearings need to be improved constantly, to reduce vibration and noise.At present, many researches are carried out in deep groove ball bearings. Theoretical studies and different kinds of computing model are relatively mature, also relatively thorough. Self aligning roller bearing, as the topic of this research, vibration research literature of it is relatively rare. This subject is to find the macro factors affecting bearing friction by analyzing the geometry, kinematics and mechanics of the bearing, and then study the effects on vibration after detailed analysis and tests of these macro factors.The failure of vibration noise is analyzed, and the source of noise is determined, which is mainly the friction between the roller and the cage pocket Confirms the theoretical analysis of the impact of the larger friction bearing macro factors.By using the method of orthogonal test of bearing larger friction macro factors:retainer and the roller gap, keep frame and inner ring rib clearance and roller and inner flange clearance were tested and analyzed, to optimize the parameters, and find the best conditions and a test. At the same time, the ifluence of the grease injection quantity on the bearing vibration noise is studied and the optimum design is carried out.Finally the summarized the work of this thesis and put forward some further research directions. |
